Trust Onboarding Process
Initial Application & Documentation
Trusts and GoShalas interested in partnering with GoSeva must submit a comprehensive application including:

- PAN card and GST registration (if applicable)
- Details of managing trustees and key personnel
- Current GoShala capacity and cow population details
- Financial statements for the last 2 years
- Photographs and videos of the GoShala facilities
Document Verification
Our verification team conducts a thorough review of all submitted documents:
- Validation of trust registration with government authorities
- Verification of legal compliance and tax registrations
- Background checks on trustees and management
- Review of financial health and sustainability
- Assessment of previous track record in cow welfare
Physical Site Inspection
A GoSeva representative conducts an on-site inspection to evaluate:
- Quality and cleanliness of GoShala facilities

Compliance Assessment
